Floating desks are arranged on the first level, dedicated desks are located on the mezzanine level, and private offices are on both levels.
Biddeford Coworking is a community and we expect each member to clean up after themselves to keep the community tidy.
At Biddeford Coworking we have multiple internet providers running speeds of 200x200mbps 24×7. On any day we see 15-20 members in the space using this. Our router and server are designed to accommodate this usage. Connectivity issues are very rare and immediately addressed.
Members can use the phone booths, book the conference room, and if there is an open office we will have that listed on our scheduling app as well.
Currently, parking is available at no additional charge.
Yes. Members can have mail sent to our business address and can claim a mail slot at our printer/utility station.
Yes, dogs are welcome at Biddeford Coworking! We are a pet-friendly space for well-behaved and trained furry friends. Just make sure your pup is comfortable and respectful of the workspace environment, and we’ll all enjoy a great day together!
We maintain an active waiting list and current members do get preferential placement for either offices or dedicated desks.
Yes. Floating memberships are month to month and the monthly membership is our best deal. Read more about our memberships or schedule a tour and we’ll tell you more.
