Meet Marc

Marc Feldman, the founder and the driving force behind Biddeford Coworking, is deeply rooted in the local business community of southern Maine. After cross-country travel and work experiences,

Marc moved here in 1984 and owned hospitality businesses before transitioning to the wholesale consumer goods sector. While raising a son and a daughter, he and his wife worked from home but knew they were missing the strong work connections that had developed in their previous positions. Marc developed a passion for coworking after visiting his son at college and seeing firsthand the benefits of a shared workspace.

The Biddeford Mill revitalization was a catalyzing factor in creating that coworking experience here in Biddeford. His vision is to foster a welcoming environment where every member feels valued and supported.

Are you accepting new members?

Yes! To get started, contact us to schedule a tour.

What's the arrangement like?

Floating desks are arranged on the first level, dedicated desks are located on the mezzanine level, and private offices are on both levels.

What's the working etiquette?

Biddeford Coworking is a community and we expect each member to clean up after themselves to keep the community tidy.

What is the bandwidth/internet connection like?

At Biddeford Coworking we have multiple internet providers running speeds of 200x200mbps 24×7. On any day we see 15-20 members in the space using this. Our router and server are designed to accommodate this usage. Connectivity issues are very rare and immediately addressed.

I’m on the phone a lot. If I don’t have a Private Office membership, is there somewhere I can make private calls?

Members can use the phone booths, book the conference room, and if there is an open office we will have that listed on our scheduling app as well.

What is the parking situation?

Currently, parking is available at no additional charge.

Can I get mail sent to this location?

Yes. Members can have mail sent to our business address and can claim a mail slot at our printer/utility station.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome at Biddeford Coworking! We are a pet-friendly space for well-behaved and trained furry friends. Just make sure your pup is comfortable and respectful of the workspace environment, and we’ll all enjoy a great day together!

What is the waiting list like for Private Offices/Dedicated Desks?

We maintain an active waiting list and current members do get preferential placement for either offices or dedicated desks.

Are there short-term memberships available?

Yes. Floating memberships are month to month and the monthly membership is our best deal. Read more about our memberships or schedule a tour and we’ll tell you more.

Can I bring clients/collaborators into the space?

Yes!

Is there an additional charge to use the conference room?

Members have access to the conference room as needed.
Members can also host events at the space for a discounted rate.
We do rent our conference room to non-members when it is available.

Marc is a terrific host and the space is clean, well maintained, and offers the amenities of the mill and downtown Biddeford.  Relocated business further south or would still be here for sure!

I needed a space work.  Mark is an incredible host and the space is gorgeous.  Easy to get in/out with a code and nice people.  Everything is clean, folks are masked when in the public space and plenty of wipes around for people who are concerned.  Highly recommend you stop by.
